This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs all content, materials, documents, creative works, designs, text, imagery, code, data, and any other intellectual property produced, owned, or published by The Concorde Agency ("the Agency"). By accessing or viewing any material covered under this Agreement, you agree to be fully bound by its terms. Ignorance of this Agreement does not exempt any individual or entity from compliance.
The Concorde Agency grants you a strictly limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license solely to view the material to which this license is attached. This is the full and total extent of rights granted under this Agreement. No other right, permission, license, or privilege is granted — whether express, implied, or by estoppel — beyond the singular act of personal, private viewing.
This license is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, or extended to any other party, entity, device, or system under any circumstances.
The following acts are expressly and absolutely prohibited without prior written authorisation directly from The Concorde Agency:
All materials covered by this Agreement are and shall remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of The Concorde Agency. No title to, or ownership of, any material or any intellectual property rights therein is transferred to you under this Agreement. Your access to any material does not constitute, imply, or create any ownership interest whatsoever.
All copyrights, trademarks, trade names, service marks, trade secrets, moral rights, and all other intellectual property rights in the material are fully reserved by The Concorde Agency and protected under applicable national and international law.
Under no circumstances may any material covered by this Agreement be used, referenced, incorporated, or leveraged for any commercial purpose, professional endeavour, competitive analysis, business strategy, client deliverable, pitch, proposal, or any other revenue-generating or professionally advantageous activity. Any commercial exploitation of the material, whether direct or indirect, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
For any situation, conduct, act, omission, or use case not expressly addressed by the terms of this Agreement, the full protections and provisions of applicable copyright law — including but not limited to national copyright statutes, the Berne Convention, the DMCA, and all other relevant domestic and international intellectual property frameworks — shall apply in their entirety.
The absence of specific prohibition within this Agreement shall never be construed as permission, licence, or implied consent. All rights not expressly granted are retained by The Concorde Agency in perpetuity.
This licence and any rights granted hereunder terminate automatically and immediately upon any breach of this Agreement by you — without notice, without cure period, and without any action required on the part of The Concorde Agency. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use and access to the material. Sections pertaining to ownership, warranties, indemnification, and enforcement shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
All materials are provided strictly for viewing purposes only. Concorde Agency makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the material. In no event shall Concorde Agency be liable for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the material beyond its intended viewing purpose as specified herein.
Violation of this Agreement may constitute copyright infringement and/or breach of contract, subjecting the infringing party to civil liability including statutory damages, injunctive relief, and the recovery of legal fees and costs. The Concorde Agency reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Unauthorised use will be taken seriously and acted upon without exception.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Concorde Agency with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior understandings. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, and The Concorde Agency reserves the right to seek relief in any competent jurisdiction worldwide.
